TruTV is an American basic cable channel that is owned by AT&T's WarnerMedia under its Studios and Networks unit. The channel was originally launched in 1991 as Court TV, a network that focused on crime-themed programs such as true crime documentary series, legal dramas, and coverage of prominent criminal cases.

Nicholas mentioned, "I've never seen a worst streaming site than TruTV. You guys need to just go black and shut it down. I'm trying to watch March madness on your screen and it locks up every 5 seconds what a piece of junk".

"I worked at Trutv full-time for more than 5 years Cons: It's no longer the same company as it was. Ever since the acquisition, many were let go and many have left due to how poorly things are managed and how the big bosses up in Warner Media are treating truTV employees and past employees as the "redheaded step-child". A lot of internal, upper echelon drama is rampant due to Kevin Reilly's bad decision making and territorial approach. TNT and TBS are his main priorities and the rest including truTV are just bottom rung networks. He will never admit it, but truTV had better ratings than his two networks and spent less money than what he had lost."

"Same complaint as everyone else. Ordered and received my set top box, paid for a year in advance. Had service about 6 months, worked pretty well. At that time customer service was available when called. Shut down in June, no warning. I DID get some of my money back from my Visa credit card, not a debit card. I claimed fraud and was refunded $160.00. So if you paid with a credit card, call your card issuer and request a partial refund for the months of service that you did not get."

"The service started great, however i do not know what have happend. I payed for 3 months. and when i try to loggon the account is not available! this is the reason i gave them 1 star - until they should contact me and let me know why i do not have service! i do not care if they kept the money but at least let me know what happend!!!"
